The series of behaviors from the Outdoor Makeover employees towards the clients yields a joyful and pleasant experience, instilling the client with confidence and trust. Customer service includes but is not limited to superior quality, superb communication, excellent project management and rapid turn around. We promise to care about your budget, your property and your preferences. Furthermore, we promise to bring the expertise, knowledge, and experience established since 2001. We understand trends and industry direction by committing ourselves to continuing education. We promise that we are different, from the first moment you contact us until the project is finished with your guaranteed satisfaction. We respect every clients’ preferences and every clients’ background, and we are willing to accommodate in every way possible.
The Outdoor Makeover experience is what to set us apart. The owners are involved every day to make decisions and to improve the clients’ overall experience. We don’t nickel and dime you. When we come across small fixes in your property, we address them, without a fee. Furthermore, if we discover a problem that is beyond the contract, we will bring it up to y our attention and help you through it. Our employees are all on salary or on commission and do not get paid per job, so there is no pressure on finishing jobs faster in a way to sacrifice quality. Additionally, our employees are required to do continuing education each year to increase their knowledge about the field. Every process in the field will receive a stamp from the owners of the company when they do their quality control. Each one of these factors is a piece of the puzzle which ultimately results in the Outdoor Makeover experience.
Client’s Role in order to receive the Outdoor Makeover experience
We ask that clients are available; we finish our jobs much faster than other companies, (about three times faster) due to the very large team that comes along with our stellar project management. Because of our pace, we need your feedback and your questions more often. (your praises too)
The owners, Navid and Omid, like to do walk throughs with the clients and assess the job and progress. It is very helpful if the homeowners can be available at a scheduled time. We like our clients to receive this Outdoor Makeover experience by participating in the project. Furthermore, the client’s presence is mandatory for a walk through and unexpected events. Sometimes we need to improvise and we need to confirm with the clients. Communication is key from both contractor and clients. It is always nice to hear from our clients and find out how we can make them even happier. Additionally, we also like the clients to witness the quality that they will receive. Outdoor Makeover always goes above and beyond what is the minimum requirement with the quality of installation and customer service.
