Our Story

Brothers Navid and Omid Derakhshan founded Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces in 2001. Their shared construction background and complementary interests in landscape design and engineering helped shape a company focused on the outdoor environment as a whole.

Today, our work begins with how a family wants to live outside. Places to share a meal, unwind by a fire, swim, play and connect are planned together, with thoughtful attention to the landscape and the construction behind it. One design-build partner coordinates the experience, supported by attentive communication and careful craftsmanship.
