Important Payment Information

You will receive your initial invoice via email, which includes a secure link to submit payment. This streamlined process gives you quick access to your billing details and allows you to choose the payment method that works best for you.

If paying by credit card, please note that Outdoor Makeover is charged a processing fee by our payment partners. This fee is non-refundable—even if you later choose to switch to ACH—so we recommend selecting your preferred payment method upfront when funding your outdoor project.

Payment Structure

To keep your project moving smoothly, payments are divided as follows:

• 33% of the total project cost due at contract signing
• 33% due at the start of the project
• 34% due upon project completion (final walkthrough)

Upgrades:

• 50% due at approval/signing
• 50% due upon completion

Referral Program:

Refer clients to us and receive 5% of their total project (up to $500) toward your next project. Whether your outdoor space inspires someone to upgrade theirs, they want a deck “just like yours”, or are inspired differently, just have them mention your referral for your bonus! This is in appreciation to you for your business, loyalty, and being great clients.
