Key Features
Our team expanded the backyard area by approximately 10 feet in some sections and 15 feet in others. This expansion involved significant earth-moving and grading to create a level surface. A retaining wall was constructed, starting at 2 feet in height and gradually increasing to 5 feet as it followed the land’s natural slope. This wall supported the new level area and added a structured aesthetic to the space.
Outdoor Kitchen
We also installed an outdoor kitchen with a beautiful pergola, where you enjoy your BBQ under the shade. Integrating natural elements and durable materials resulted in a beautiful, functional outdoor space.
Fireplace Feature
For cozy evenings, check out this beautifully designed fireplace surrounded by comfortable seating. It's the perfect spot for socializing and relaxing with friends and family.
Firepit Feature
We installed a stunning fire pit, transforming the backyard into a cozy retreat. This elegant feature invites friends and family to gather around for warm, memorable evenings.
Outdoor Lighting
As night falls, torch lights illuminate the backyard, adding a magical and inviting glow that enhances the beauty of this outdoor space. Those torches have built-in lights underneath but also burn tiki oils that repel mosquitos.
Synthetic Turf Installation
Due to limited sunlight, synthetic turf was chosen for its durability and low maintenance. Seven large trees were removed to improve sunlight and airflow. The turf created a mud-free play area suitable for various activities and capable of handling heavy foot traffic without damage.
Modern Fencing & Decorative Elements
Given the home's modern architecture, the team installed modern alternating picket fences adorned with special decorative hardware. These elements inspired by Japanese Torii gates create a unique and aesthetically pleasing boundary.
