The goal

The Landsdowne Drive project in Atlanta began with a pool already in place. The surrounding yard needed a connected plan for gathering, cooking and moving between outdoor spaces.

The design approach

Pool decking and retaining walls organize the site. An outdoor kitchen supports meals outside, while a fire feature with built-in seating creates another gathering area. Planting and lighting connect these elements into a backyard that works beyond the water’s edge.
