A pool and spa planned as one backyard retreat

A pool and spa planned as one backyard retreat

The goal

The Long Island Place project in Atlanta was planned as a family-centered place to spend summer days outside. A custom pool and spa anchor the yard, with a tanning ledge and spillway adding places to lounge and the sound of moving water.

The design approach

Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces connected the pool deck, boulder retaining walls and planting plan with the water features. The coordinated surfaces and landscape give the pool a setting that belongs to the property, with space for both activity and relaxation.

Explore our pool and backyard design services and outdoor living investment guide. Pool investments typically start at $250,000 for new projects. This current planning guidance is not the historical cost of the Long Island Place project; your property and scope require an individual proposal.
