Buckhead backyard designed for connected outdoor living

This West Roxboro Road project by Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces brings together a cedar-wrapped porch, a pool with a lounge area and hot tub, ivory porcelain decking and patio surfaces, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen.

Access from the home to the pool

New double doors connect the basement directly with the pool area. The cedar porch finish complements the updated home, while the porcelain surfaces and poolside pathway connect the outdoor spaces.

Space for cooking and gathering

The outdoor kitchen includes a bar and TV, and the fire pit has a surrounding seating area. These features support the family’s interest in entertaining within one coordinated backyard.

A wood-ceiling covered porch includes a dining table, woven chairs, television and outdoor cooking counter.

01. Porch with sitting Area

We transformed their porch by wrapping it with cedar, giving it a more modern look that matches the updated areas of the house. We also installed double doors to connect the basement directly with the pool area, enhancing the flow of the outdoor space.

02. Pool Installation

The pool includes a lounge area and hot tub within a clean-lined layout coordinated with the surrounding porcelain deck.

03. Fire Pit

We installed a sleek fire pit alongside the pool, creating a cozy and inviting feature for outdoor gatherings. The fire pit is surrounded by a comfortable seating area, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the warmth, whether for casual evenings or hosting guests.

04. Porcelain Pool Deck and Patio

Ivory porcelain was used for the pool deck and patio, giving the connected outdoor areas a coordinated finish.

05. Outdoor Kitchen

The outdoor kitchen includes a bar and TV, creating a place for cooking, gathering and entertainment beside the pool.

06. Pathway

Adjacent to the kitchen, we installed a stylish pathway alongside the pool, ensuring easy access while enhancing the modern aesthetic of the space. The pathway complements the clean lines of the porcelain pool deck, guiding guests smoothly.
