Is there an ideal time to complete the project?
A small/medium standard residential landscape project can take approximately up to 2-6 weeks from the initial planning phase to completion but it is always challenging to provide a specific time frame without knowing the exact details of your landscape project as it depends on various factors, such as weather conditions, complexity, available resources, any external constraints, and the specific nature of the project.
What is the best time of year for landscaping?
We landscapers work all year, only halting for severe weather conditions like deep snow, flooding, or high temperatures. So, to some extent, and subject to waiting lists, we can usually landscape the garden when it is most convenient for you.
Many individuals prefer to work in their gardens during the autumn, winter, and early spring, when they are less likely to use them. However, landscaping could be done during the summer months.
Will landscaping improve the resale value of my home?
While a variety of factors can affect potential buyers’ decisions, they will undoubtedly glance to your lawn to see how well you have cared for the property, and any nice improvements will add indisputable appeal that may set you apart from other homes.

What is a landscape service?
Landscape services encompass a wide range of professional activities and duties involving the design, installation, maintenance, and upgrading of outdoor settings. These services are often provided by landscaping corporations or individual landscape professionals.
Who is my point of contact after my consultation?
The designer is your primary point of contact. After the agreement with us, the designer, Director of Operations, and your Project Manager will contact and help you with the project.
What if I already have a design, do I still have to pay for the design fee?
Even though clients sometimes hire outside firms to design, it takes our designer at least an hour or two to walk the site and understand the design. As we are being asked to own the project and warranty, we will be recommending design and installation improvement. This is a time-consuming process. Therefore we charge $500 for this process.
Do I get to keep my designs?
The designs are Outdoor Makeover’s intellectual property until a contract is signed.
