Key Features

The Sloan family’s backyard makeover transformed their space into a functional and inviting outdoor haven. They expanded the yard, improved access with new staircases, replaced the deck with durable composite materials, and enhanced the area with lighting, drainage, and a gravel pathway.

01. Deck with Stairs

The deck was revamped with durable composite materials for long-lasting, low-maintenance performance. New staircases on both sides improved safety and accessibility, making the space more functional and enjoyable.

02. Leveled Side Yard

To create a more functional and usable backyard space, the side yard was leveled. This involved removing any uneven terrain and creating a flat surface. This leveling process not only improved the overall appearance of the backyard but also made it easier to maintain and enjoy.

03. Screened Porch

The existing screened porch was refreshed to enhance its appeal and functionality. The screening materials were replaced, ensuring privacy and protection from insects. This revitalization not only improved the porch's appearance but also made it a more inviting outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment.

04. Outdoor Kitchen

To provide a convenient and enjoyable space for cooking and entertaining outdoors, we installed an outdoor kitchen. It is equipped with a grill, sink, and countertop, allowing for easy preparation and serving of food.

05. Lighting Enhancements

06. Gravel Pathway

To provide a natural and low-maintenance pathway along the back of the property, a gravel pathway was installed. This pathway offered a convenient and durable way to access different areas of the backyard, while also adding a rustic and charming touch to the overall landscape.
