PROVEN SYSTEMS FOR MULTIPLE SPORTS

There are various choices to think about while creating a multi-sport athletic court. It includes:

Small Courts

Small Courts

Small courts are ideal for people with limited room or those who want to concentrate on a particular sport, like basketball. A little more adaptable, half courts can accommodate tennis, volleyball, and badminton. A typical size for small courts is around 20 x 30 feet, which can comfortably fit a basketball hoop and allow for dribbling and shooting practice.

Half Courts

Half Courts

Half courts are a great option for those who want to play basketball in a smaller space. The typical size for a half court is around 50 x 47 feet, which is half the size of a regulation court. This size allows for a full game of basketball, as well as dribbling and shooting practice. To ensure safety and achieve optimal performance, you should use a durable, non-slip surface. Adequate lighting is also important for playing after dark. A fence or barrier can help keep balls within the court and provide added safety. Additionally, having the right equipment like nets, hoops, and rackets is crucial for playing a variety of sports on a half court.

Full Courts

Full Courts

Any backyard would benefit from having full athletic courts, especially if you want to play volleyball, basketball, and tennis. All three sports can be played in one convenient location on a full-sized VersaCourt. The size of the court will depend on the sports you plan on playing and the available space in your yard. A full-sized VersaCourt can accommodate basketball, tennis, and volleyball, but you’ll need at least 60 feet by 30 feet of space for the court. It’s also important to note that the dimensions may vary depending on the manufacturer and the specific type of court you choose.

BENEFITS OF VERSACOURT

Customization

VersaCourt’s modular design enables for customization in terms of court dimensions, colors, and game lines. This means you can design a court based on your specific interests and requirements.

Durability

VersaCourt tiles are frequently produced from high-quality materials such as polypropylene, making them resistant to hard use, weather conditions, and UV exposure. When compared to standard court surfaces, this endurance leads to a longer lifespan.
